Terms of Service

Thank you for choosing Credit Support System Pro. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“you” or “your”) and Eliyahna Creative, LLC. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the provider of the Credit Support System Pro plugin (the “Plugin”) sold through creditsupporttickets.com (the “Site”). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Plugin, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the Plugin.

The Plugin & Licenses

Credit Support System Pro is a WordPress plugin that provides a credit-based client support portal. We offer it under different license types — currently a Single-site license, an Agency license for multiple sites, and a one-time Lifetime license. Every license includes the same features; they differ in how many sites you may use and how long updates and support are included. The specific terms of your purchase — license type, number of sites, price, and billing period — are those shown at checkout when you buy.

License Grant & Restrictions

When you purchase a license and your payment is received, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on the number of websites permitted by your plan, for as long as your license remains valid. You may move a license between your own sites by deactivating it on one site and activating it on another.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or otherwise make the Plugin or your license key available to any third party;
• use a single license on more sites than your plan allows, or share your license key to get around site limits;
• remove, disable, or attempt to bypass the Plugin’s licensing, activation, or update mechanisms; or
• misrepresent the Plugin as your own product.

Each license is tied to your account and the site(s) on which it is activated. Activations, updates, and support are available only while you hold a valid, active license.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown on the Site and at checkout, in the currency indicated, and may change from time to time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe; by completing a purchase you authorize the applicable charge. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for any taxes that apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions & Renewals

Yearly licenses (such as the Single and Agency plans) are subscriptions that renew automatically through Stripe at the end of each term, using your saved payment method, until you cancel. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid term.

We will remind you before your renewal date. If a renewal payment does not go through, the Plugin keeps working during a 30-day grace period, after which it pauses until the license is renewed — your data and settings are not deleted, and renewing restores full functionality. A Lifetime license is a single one-time purchase with no renewals.

Refunds — All Sales Are Final

We encourage you to explore the full live demo at succor.eliyahna.com before buying, so you know exactly what you are getting. If you run into a technical problem, please contact support and we will do our best to help. Starting a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us may result in your license being revoked.

Updates & Support

While your license is active, new versions of the Plugin are made available through your WordPress dashboard and install with one click. Yearly licenses include updates and support for the duration of the active subscription; Lifetime licenses include updates for as long as we continue to offer the Plugin. Support covers the Plugin itself and does not include custom development, third-party plugins or themes, or your server configuration, except at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Plugin, the Site, and all related content, branding, and trademarks remain our property or that of our licensors. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Plugin under these Terms; it does not transfer ownership of the Plugin or any intellectual property rights to you.

Privacy & Your Information

We respect your privacy and collect only the information needed to sell, deliver, and support the Plugin — for example, your name, email address, billing details, order history, and the website domain(s) on which your license is activated.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with any third party, except in two cases: (1) with Stripe, our payment processor, to the extent necessary to process your payments securely; and (2) as necessary to provide you with support or to operate the Plugin’s licensing and update service. We may also disclose information where required by law. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Plugin in compliance with all applicable laws, not to use it for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose, and not to interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, the Site, or the licensing service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Plugin is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every theme, plugin, or hosting environment. You are responsible for keeping backups of your website.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Plugin. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Plugin will not exceed the amount you paid for the license giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, start a chargeback, or misuse the Plugin or licensing system. On termination, your right to use the Plugin ends, though provisions that by their nature should survive — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Plugin after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dover, Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Plugin will be handled in the courts located there.
